Pramāṇa (Śāstra reference)
Vālmīki Rāmāyaṇa, Ayodhyā-kāṇḍa — the exile journey begins; Rama, Sita and Lakshmana cross the sacred river Ganga with the help of the boatman (Kevata).
Saṅkṣepa (short meaning)
As Rama accepts exile to uphold dharma, He travels with Sita and Lakshmana and crosses the Ganga. The scene is quiet and radiant: the Lord moves forward without fear or pride, and His family follows with trust. This līlā teaches that the path of righteousness may be difficult, yet it becomes peaceful when walked in surrender and devotion.
