Pramāṇa (scriptural source)
Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, Canto 10, Chapter 53 — Lord Krishna carries away Rukmini after she gives herself fully to Him.
Saṅkṣepa (short meaning)
After hearing of Krishna’s qualities, Rukmini offers her heart to Him and prays to be accepted as His eternal Lord. When hostile kings and her family arrange otherwise, Krishna comes, receives her surrender, and carries her away upon His chariot. This lila reveals that the Lord protects one who takes full shelter of Him, and that pure devotion is stronger than worldly power, politics, or opposition.
Śāstra-pramāṇa (proof from śāstra)
Rukmini fully offers herself to Krishna and desires no husband other than Him.
Krishna comes to Vidarbha and takes Rukmini onto His chariot.
The opposing kings become angry and pursue, but the Lord’s purpose stands firm.
Tattva (essential teaching)
Full surrender draws the Lord’s direct protection.
The Lord accepts loving devotion, not material arrangement or external status.
When devotion is pure, opposition cannot overturn the will of the Supreme Lord.
