Saṅkṣepa (concise narration)
After compiling vast scriptures, Śrīla Vyāsadeva still feels inner dissatisfaction. At that crucial moment, Nārada Muni appears—compassionate and spiritually powerful—and teaches Vyāsa the heart of all knowledge: the Supreme Lord must be glorified without diversion. Nārada explains that when devotion is presented purely, it awakens the soul’s real happiness. Guided by this instruction, Vyāsa turns to compose Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam as the spotless Purāṇa, meant to deliver the world through bhakti.
Knowledge is complete only when it culminates in bhakti. The heart finds peace through pure glorification of Kṛṣṇa.
